The hire cost is usually deducted a 48 hours before the hire date. However, at exceptionally busy times such as the run up to Bank Holiday weekends, we may process the payment a few days beforehand.
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire price will be taken at the time of booking the vehicle with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the vehicle is due to go out on hire. Payments are accepted by credit and debit card. You will also be liable for the vehicle's insurance excess with regard to damage to the vehicle or theft of the vehicle. No, we only accept the payment from the hirer. However, the person who is intending to pay for the hire may hire the vehicle, and the person who is intending to drive the car may be insured as an additional driver.
No, our insurance excess’ are set amounts and we don’t offer a waiver or reduction fee.
You need to have held their licence for 2 years or more, no more than 6 points currently on their licence and all disqualifications have to be cleared for 5 years.
